The Owens family has owned this attractive motel for sixty years.This three story ocenfront property includes efficiencies with large private balconies.The efficiency has two double beds,a tile bath and shower. The Owens Motel is really a nice motel.They also have cable T V and a kitchen.Regular rooms have two double beds,one queen size bed,or one double bed with one single bed. Thirty one more rooms are just across the street.The motel swimming pool on the west side of the property provides an alternative to the ocean.As you know it is not as messy(sand) Easy access to Jennette,s Pier(which is under constrution),and a comfortable oceanfront pavillion with rocking chairs is enticing. It is also within a couple of miles to the Outer Banks Pier.You can walk out back and on to the beach in a couple of minutes.
